Where We Ship

Gray Jewelers, Inc. offers shipping to all mainland U.S. States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. All orders will only be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


We process orders during our regular business hours. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either by email or on our website. You are responsible for all return shipping fees, return shipping fees are non-refundable. Gray Jewelers, Inc. requires that you use a traceable/trackable method to ship your return, FedEx, UPS, USPS. You are liable for the return, we recommend you insure your return. If we do not receive the return, you’re responsible financially.

Shipping Rates & Timing

Gray Jewelers, Inc. has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided by the carrier. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the carriers tracking information. Then you can track the delivery of your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

You must contact us immediately if your order is received damaged. Take pictures of the alleged damage to document the damages.
